Cyrille Payumo from the Philippines was crowned Miss Tourism International 2019 on November 8 at the Grand Ballroom of Sunway Resorts Hotel & Spa in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Payumo's victory marks her country's fifth Miss Tourism International crown (2000, 2012, 2013, 2017, 2019). She was crowned by outgoing queen, Astari Verdideani from Indonesia. Payumo also won the Best National Costume Award.
