Fabienne Nicole Groeneveld, a 23-year old half-Dutch beauty from Pemenang, has been crowned Miss Universe Indonesia 2023 and will now represent her country in Miss Universe 2023 in El Salvador on November 18.
The first runner-up is Vina Anggi Sitorus and the second runner-up is Muthia Fatika Rathman.
She was crowned by outgoing Miss Universe R'Bonney Gabriel of the USA.
