Mailyn Marsh, 17, of Missouri has been crowned Miss Teen USA 2025 at Grand Theater of the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada on October 23, 2025.

Mailyn is the third woman from Missouri to win the title after Marissa Whitley in 2001 and Sophia Dominguez-Heithoff in 2017.
