The new Miss Universe Singapore 2013 is Shi Lim, a 24-year-old business executive, who was crowned on July 6th, 2013 at the Singapore Shangri-La Hotel. The 1st runner-up is Cheryl Desiree Chan and the 2nd runner-up is Cordelia Low. She will represent Singapore in Miss Universe 2013 pageant in Moscow, Russia on November 9th.
