The 2018 edition of Miss Globe was held on October 21 at the Amfiteatri i Tiranës in Tirana, Albania. The lucky winner is Yu Yizhou of China. Her court includes:

2nd runner-up - Perihan Koz, TURKEY
3rd runner-up - Rosa Fariello, ITALY
4th runner-up - Alba Bajrami, ALBANIA
Completing the top 15 were the delegates from Canada, Russia, Brazil, Vietnam, Myanmar, Estonia, France, Portugal, Philippines and Romania.
